A Review of Environmental Factors is the minimum assessment required for Part 5 EP&A Act or council developments. We will conduct a review of the local environment, flora and fauna, vegetation communities and site constraints, assess the impact and provide advice around safeguards that need to be employed to minimise the impact of your local development.

Management Plans

We can develop a management plan to help you comply with DA conditions of consent or to deal with an environmental matter, including:

We assess the report against your expectations, conditions of consent, industry standards and state and federal legislation and provide clear advice and recommendations in easy to understand terms.

Joel Little is a Certified Environmental Practitioner, a Qualified Stormwater Manager and a member of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand.

These certifications and memberships require a certain level of experience, knowledge and demonstrated compliance with a code of ethics.

Joel Little is a Certified Environmental Practitioner and is the
Principal Consultant of Conmurra Environmental Management Solutions.

Joel worked in local government as an environmental assessment and compliance officer for 15 years and has experience in a range of development site, contaminated land and wildlife management issues. Joel also has extensive wildlife and community education experience through working with conservation and not-for-profit projects.

Joel is also the co-owner and operator of Conmurra Wildlife Sanctuary & Airbnb.
